Refund policy


Lucky Duck Charms wants you to be happy with your treasures. 

Due to the customization and hand making of our products, we do not offer returns.  We gladly accept exchanges on certain unworn items purchased from our website, within 14 days of receiving your order, for store credit only

In order to be eligible for store credit, items must be in the same condition as you received them.  They must be returned in original boxed and or mailing packaging, including: unworn jewelry with jewelry tag attached to bracelet(s), plastic bag(s), unopened surprise packet(s), card insert(s), order form, and have no signs of damage, stretch or wear, in order to be qualified for store credit.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
 
All exchanges must be approved and issued a return authorization number in order to be eligible.  Original shipping cost is non refundable (if applicable). Must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Lucky Duck Charms does not provide return shipping labels at this time.

If approved, you will receive an email with an authorized return number along with instructions on how to send your items back to us.  Must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Lucky Duck Charms does not provide shipping labels at this time.


Once received by us, your items will be inspected and we will let you know if the exchange was approved. The exchange will be the amount of the original purchase price of the item, minus the tax collected and shipping collected (if applicable).

 

You can expect your exchange to be processed and a gift card (valid for 60 days) to be emailed to you within 15 business days of our department receiving it. Business days are Monday-Friday, except for federal holidays. We monitor all exchanges and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.


Lucky Duck Charms is not responsible for any package lost in shipping to us. To safeguard your return, we advise you to obtain a tracking number and package insurance.

Additional items to consider:
Once an order has been submitted into our system, we cannot cancel or make changes to it. If you ordered the wrong item, the process is to exchange the original item(s) and place a second order for your desired item(s).

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

All Sales are a "FINAL SALE" during/at fairs, events, concerts, fund raisers, and or promotions.  Special pricing is available at that time.  No refunds, exchanges or store credit for sales during fairs, events or promotions. 

Items not eligible for an exchange: Final Sale Items, Jewelry Box, Jewelry Pouch, Earrings, Necklace, Shoe Charms, UV Flashlights, and Duck Toys.  All flash sales, promotional sales, and items bought with a discount code are final sale.  Any order paid by/with the option to pay overtime is not eligible for an exchange.
